One of WACO’s Finest Josh Gordy🚾🚾

Josh Gordy, a real estate investor and former NFL player, came across land for sale in Washington County, Georgia — the same land his grandfather had desperately tried to purchase decades earlier. His grandfather worked that land as a sharecropper but was denied the right to own it because he was Black. 😤 So Josh bought it. And built Warthen RV Park — a 27-acre resort with 49 full-hookup lots that has become one of Georgia’s most beloved Black-owned outdoor destinations. 🏕️🔥
