Our Story
CrossFit Sand Springs began as Fuel Fitness bootcamp in 2011. After watching CrossFit evolve into a great avenue for fitness and community, Matt and Rose Tavaglione decided to become the first CrossFit affiliate in Sand Springs. Their love for fitness and bringing the community together is what inspires Matt and Rose to continually improve CFSS. It has been an incredible journey starting from nothing, to seeing the lives of hundreds of people changed who have come through our doors.
CFSS offers a unique caliber of coaches. 7 coaches on staff and all of them possess a variety of credentials. Their coaches are not only committed to helping every athlete learn new skills and reach their goals but also to their own fitness and health. You will often see them working out along side the athletes in a CrossFit class. These coaches know how to keep every class fun! Their expertise in CrossFit also keep athletes healthy and injury free.
We believe in dedicated, high quality customer service delivered with an energy of warmth, friendliness and individual pride that will produce a life striving for longevity of health and fitness.
