Spring Break Flexibility Intensive Week 2:
This intensive is designed to develop flexibility, strength, technique, and body control. Athletes will work on active flexibility, alignment, and flexibility-based skills that support their sport or dance training.

Perfect supplemental training for gymnasts, dancers, artistic swimmers, and other athletes in aesthetic sports.

Recommended for competitive or pre-competitive athletes, 7 years and older.

Competition season officially kicked off in San Diego ✅

Girls competed with a partial team this time, due to an injured team member. Girls delivered a strong performance, showed great team spirit, and had so much fun!

Golden Bears are focused and ready for our first competition of the season! 🐻✨

We’ll be competing in the AGG 10-12 Short Program category. This year the music theme for children’s categories is children’s cartoons and animated movies/series.
