Apex Gymnastics GYMNASTICS IS FUN TO LEARN! Our mission is to provide high quality, professional gymnastics training to young children, teens, and adults.

Our well-trained coaches have years of experience and a great passion for gymnastics. We offer parent participation, preschooler, beginner, intermediate and advanced gymnastics lessons for boys and girls, as well as have a robust competitive Team Program. Come try our adult fitness program too! Apex is also the perfect affordable location to host your birthday party, field trips and home-school PE programs.

Today we are celebrating someone very special on our team!

Coach Eternity works with many of our youngest gymnasts and brings so much kindness, patience, and positivity to every class. She has a wonderful way of making children feel seen, supported, and capable. Whether she is helping a gymnast learn a new skill, offering words of encouragement, or celebrating their accomplishments, she is always focused on building confidence and helping each child believe in themselves.

Her positive energy, caring heart, and dedication make a lasting impact on our little athletes every day. We are so grateful to have her as part of the Apex family.
