What can fencers learn from drummers? πŸ₯βš”️

Just a small addition to your footwork practice can make movements more autonomous and coordinated.

Sometimes effective training ideas come from outside fencing – don’t be afraid to look around πŸ‘€

Electrome Lab has launched Motor-Cognitive Profiling for tennis players! πŸ”₯

Overthinking can slow down footwork and disrupt coordination on the court. Our technology helps identify these effects and optimize performance.

Take your cognition under control and create your gameπŸ’‘

Many thanks to for helping us with this Reel and demonstrating some challenges tennis players can face.

What does a jug of water have to do with inertia in fencing? πŸ’§πŸ€Ί

During growth periods, many fencers suddenly start moving β€œheavier” on the piste. Footwork becomes harder to control, movements lose precision, and coordination starts falling apart because of insufficient control of inertia.

A simple modification of footwork drills can help β€” and all you need is a jug of water. We show how in this reel.

🎾 WHAT IF YOUR TENNIS LIMIT IS NOT YOUR TECHNIQUE β€” BUT HOW YOUR BRAIN AND BODY WORK TOGETHER?

This May and June, Electrome Lab brings elite-level sports science to Bulgaria at Fort Noks Tennis Courts, Sunny Beach πŸ‡§πŸ‡¬

Using high-precision biomechanical and neurophysiological analysis, we help tennis players:

🎾 increase first-serve ball speed without overloading the body
🧠 move faster and more efficiently under pressure
⏱️ improve reaction and decision-making on court
πŸ”Ž identify hidden movement and coordination limitations
πŸ₯ reduce injury risk

Our technology is already used in work with national-level athletes and combines biomechanics, neuroscience, and real-time movement analysis.
