Get to know SF trainer, Valerie!
For the past 8 years, Valerie has been teaching Lagree with a focus on intentional movement, strong form, and helping clients build confidence and trust in themselves, both in and out of the studio. Known for her grounding presence and creative class style, she loves designing experiences that keep things fresh, challenging, and fun, from themed classes to thoughtful remixes that push clients in new ways.
Drawing from her backgrounds in healthcare, meditation, and wellness, Valerie brings precise cueing, intentional programming, and a whole-person approach to movement. Expect plenty of shakes, a killer playlist, and classes that leave you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.
Outside the studio, Valerie leads wellness retreats and workshops that combine movement, mindfulness, and personal growth.
