Last Saturday, September 6th, we officially opened the doors to the expansion at our North Park location, welcoming our new mat room + recovery room!

A huge thank you to our first round of community who came through, took a class, explored the new space + helped us bring this next chapter to life. We’ve been dreaming up this space for so long, and getting to experience it alongside our community made it all the more special.

Join us on October 2nd in North Park for Taking Shape. Expect an evening of creativity, meditation, and connection to usher in Fall and set your path for the remainder of the year. Paulina Kayachanian | Movement & Wellness will lead us through a journaling and meditation session. Ceramicist Emma Emma Nichole will then lead a pottery workshop in which participants can create two small items including an incense holder. $65 early bird.
