Last week’s project was to take STCW Basic Training to support my Coast Guard license. Long week of sitting in a classroom but learned a bunch that makes it possible for me to work on larger vessels. Highly recommend everyone around the water have basic first aid and CPR. ,

A small boat sailor steps into a different world.

Great time last weekend doing tactics with Cory Sertl's team sailing with and against some of the legends of our sport in the International Masters Regatta in San Diego. We ended a close third. Great competition and camaraderie with nine different boats winning races in South Bay. Kudos to SDYC and JR Young for organizing a great event.
