We are only a few hours into the morning on our current overnight trip. We are leaving a very nice kelp with some slug yellows on it. We are chartered for most of the weekend, but start up our overnight open party trips again Sunday evening. If you want to jump on a trip call H&M landing at 619-222-1144. Yesterday was a tough trip, we covered over 150 miles of offshore water and looked at over a dozen really nice kelps. A few of those kelps had some fish on them that would not bite including a couple dorado. We can't stand it but unfortunately that is how fishing goes sometimes. We are out again tonight and will be fishing a different zone.

We had a last minute trip come up and we are going for sure. Ultra-Limted Load 2.5 day trip departing Thursday June 18th. . We also have XXL T shirts now( supplies are limited).

There are some great opportunities to be had in overnight range! There are consistent catches of big yellows and the occasional dorado mixed in. This El Nino is moving in and we are expecting some great fishing! Lets get this one out!

Attn 2-day passengers. If you are coming out this Friday please make sure to bring a 40lb fly line setup! There are some beautiful yellowtail biting on kelps, they are mean and we are losing way too many due to light line and light drag. Please be ready! We are excited to see all of you friday morning. Get ready for some fun fishing and great meals!

The fish are back on the chew! We had excellent yellowtail fishing today, plus one Dorado. We are ending our day with 68 yellows, 1 Dorado, and 22 Bonito. We had an excellent shot at some big grade yellowtail yesterday on a kelp. Over 20 hook ups for five fish. Make sure you have 40lb and tight drags this weekend! There are more kelps below loaded with fish. We will definitely be focusing on this zone for the next few trips. The weather looks absolutely gorgeous this weekend and we have plenty of availability! We need 2 more reservations to get tonight's trip off the dock. With yellowfin and skipjack being caught down below and the full moon out of the way we are excited to get down there.
