We are so excited to share a little taste of what is waiting for you inside The Champion’s Code. 🌊

There is no world in which confidence comes from a place of self rejection. We are so wired to look at what we did wrong first. The bad turn, the slow split, the missed interval. And while honest evaluation matters, we cannot build a foundation of excellence on top of a foundation of self criticism.

Week 1 starts here. With you. Exactly as you are right now. Because accepting yourself where you are is not the opposite of wanting to get better. It is the very thing that makes getting better possible.
