August 3-9, we’re throwing down for Member Appreciation Week — six days packed with surprises, sweat, and snacks 😏 as we celebrate 15 years of growth, grit, health, and the incredible community that makes CFO what it is today.

It’s WINSday, y’all! And that means it’s time to share wins from around the Optimistic community!

This was just one of several WINS we saw yesterday with rope climb skill: from first timers rope holding their body weight off the ground to first successful foot locks off the box, we saw some good growth in our community!

This particular win was months in the making. From working on it in class to putting in after hours time on the weekends, Jeff has been building his rope climb confidence and footwork skills. Yesterday, he put his new skills to the test with not one, but over 16 rope climb attempts. It’s safe to say he’s moving past the days of using the comfortable and familiar zombie climbs and is on to new heights!

Shout out to all the rope climb wins yesterday! Seeing yall succeed was the best!
