The kids at CAST Lead High School are super lucky to have one of the most creative and fun coaches for PE! Our new yoga teacher, Lucas, is ready to bring them Pilates, yoga, strength training and lots of fun sports and games to start them on fitness activities that will keep them healthy throughout their lives.

Anne Marie is a great teacher and provides a diverse class each time. You'll go through similar movement patterns, but will use different tools to help focus on different things and help you improve. She is accommodating and thorough in what she teaches, making sure that you understand the work and adapt it to your body. Highly recommend!

Check out Anne Marie's Pilates with Small Apparatus Classes on Wednesday at 6 pm, and Pilates with Mixed Equipment on Mondays at 9:15 am and 6 pm, and Tuesday at 9 am and 6 pm!

In a world that constantly demands your attention, your energy, and your hustle, we just wanted to drop a gentle reminder into your feed today:
