Bent Over Swimmers PLUS!
Feet below the hips.
Soft bend in the knees.
Hinge forward from the hips.
Arms begin over head.
Exhale press Arms down toward the back.
Don't swing. Stay in control.
1 minute.
Add on for some additional arm work and have fun!
