We could not be happier for our sweet Kristen Avila and her husband Omar, who are expecting not one but THREE beautiful babies this summer! 🩷🩵🩷

This weekend, our incredible community of clients and friends came together to “stock the baby bar” and shower these parents-to-be with all the essentials for their three little peas in a pod. 🫛

Moments like these are what make our studio so special. We’re more than a place to work out — we’re a community that shows up, celebrates big, and supports one another through every season of life. 💕

Wrapping up CPE with Juanita and stepping into the holiday season feeling deeply inspired and renewed.

The experience was rich with thoughtful teaching, deep knowledge, and meaningful guidance-challenging us to reflect, refine, and continue growing as teachers. We leave feeling motivated, grounded, and excited to show up as even better teachers in 2026.

Our owner, Karen Alanis, is now officially a Romana’s Pilates International Level IV Instructor Trainer—a milestone granted this past weekend in Chicago at Pilates Connection’s 20th Anniversary Celebration and CPE, alongside her mentors and Grand Master Instructors.

This marks a major moment for Pilates Studio 210 as we become the first studio in the San Antonio area to offer the Romana’s Pilates International Teacher Training Program.
