"The system is rigged! 😡"

Fine.

Maybe you do not trust politicians.

Maybe you do not trust Denver.

Maybe you do not trust ballot language, commission appointments, campaign money, or the people making wildlife decisions for places they have never set foot in.

Fair enough.

But explain how staying home helps.

Explain how refusing to vote protects hunting.

Explain how sitting out makes it harder for anti-hunting groups to win.

Explain how letting the other side rack up clean numbers gives rural Colorado more power.

It does not.

You do not have to believe the system is perfect to use the leverage you still have.

You do not have to trust politicians to make yourself harder to ignore.

You do not have to think one vote fixes everything to understand that 30,000-40,000 hunters and anglers sitting out is a massive self-inflicted wound.

The people who want to reshape wildlife policy are not sitting around saying, “The system is rigged, so why bother?”

They are registering.

They are voting.

They are gathering signatures.

They are funding campaigns.

They are showing up to meetings.

They are counting on hunters, anglers, ranchers, and rural Coloradans to be cynical enough to quit before the fight even starts.

Do not give them that gift.

Get some hunting buddies registered.

Because if you are willing to get a license, apply for tags, scout country, burn fuel, wake up at 3 a.m., and pack meat off a mountain...

but you will not take five minutes to register to vote...

you are leaving the future of hunting to people who would love to manage it without you.
