Here at the Forge Boxing Club, we like to refer to our kickboxing coach, Dennis (left), and our boxing coach, Andy (right), as long lost twins. To say these two are twisted would be accurate to say the least.

So when we found these cow shorts that even say “Hardheaded” and “Twisted Twins” at an ice cream shop not far from where we live, we had to get a matching pair!

Thank you Twisted Twins Creamery in Woodlawn, Illinois for the awesome ice cream, and adorable…I mean manly…cow shorts for our own twisted twins! ‼️

How do we introduce people to the concept of being on offense while defending yourself you may ask? A little game of keep your balloon in the air while trying to knock other people’s to the ground. Each time your balloon hit the ground, you are “rewarded” with exercise. Situational awareness at its best.
