Elementary cheer camp starts today! Just a reminder, pickup will be in the regular car rider line at the Elementary school at 4:30 from Monday-Thursday!

I will send home notes about Fridays performance on Thursday!

Elementary Cheer Camp forms went home today! Now I need the help of our local and small businesses! We will be reaching out to businesses in and around our community to sponsor our Cheer Camp. You may see some girls in town soon getting Sponsors.

If you would like to be a sponsor please comment below, and I will make sure you are on our list to reach out to!

Your business name will be displayed on the back of every Elementary Cheer Campers shirt for everyone to see.

As always this sponsorship goes towards our summer camp cost for each student that attends camp. Camp is outrageous, and camp wear only adds to the cost. I use the proceeds from elementary cheer camp to cut that cost for everyone that attends summer camp by dividing out the total amongst each attendee and taking that off the total cost for camp/camp supplies. I always say these girls deserve the world, and camp is the first step to get them there.

All Star Cheer awards should be released soon as well, and those nominated include Rose Keen, Lily Sims, and Addison Smith!

We didn’t make the final 4, but I am still so incredibly proud of this team of amazing young ladies who went above and beyond to give their all!

Competition season has come to an end, and a huge congratulations to all the other teams who advanced on. Our full and undivided attenion now turns to Basketball seaon. ❤️

A huge thank you to Salem School District for providing the girls a hotel, and Breakfast this morning. Also, Keen Surveying for supplying the girls with dinner last night, and to all the parents, friends, families, and other supporters for an amazing season!

One thing I love is hearing people say how polite the girls are when we go somewhere. While I was waiting in line for the restroom, the waitresses, and cooks, were talking about the girls and how polite and respectful they were. One said, “You can tell they were raised right, and they had a stern talking to last night. “🤣

I say this to say thank you to all of you parents that instill such great values in your children. It means so much that this team is so kind, and respectful. ❤️

It’s State Competition Day!

To say I’m proud of every single one of these girls is an understatement. They have worked so incredibly hard, overcame injury, and sickness, and completely changed their routine before every single competition. They work late nights, after going to school each day, some of them have jobs they have to juggle on top of all of their school work.

I love each and every single one of you so very much, and I couldn’t be more proud of you girls. Today will be very tough, as we take on 17 teams from around the state. I believe in you, your friends and family believe in you, and your community believes in you. Go do it girls! ❤️

It has been a very busy two days!

The girls did amazing! Game day competition is set up into two sections, you have a qualifying round, and the highest scoring teams will move on to the Finals. The girls had zero deductions, and they advanced to Finals. In finals, we ended up in 5th place.

I am so proud of all of these girls and their hard work. Cheering a full game after being on a bus for HOURS, then riding on the bus another 2 hours, followed by only getting around 4 hours of sleep, they knocked it out of the park!

We will be in Bentonville next weekend, and we hope to see you all there! Way to go Greyhound Cheerleaders! 📣 🖤💛

For those of you that are traveling to Mansfield Friday, and staying close by, please consider coming out Saturday morning and supporting these beautiful ladies as they compete at Lake Hamilton. They have worked incredibly hard the last several weeks, and could use a crowd to show up for them. Crowd engagement is over 50% of their score.

These girls will warm up at 8:30 and take the mat at 9:08.
