The girls did fantastic today! They won so many awards and we are so proud of all the things they accomplished this week.
Awards won:

St.Jude Spirit Stick- for the second year in a row. They didn’t have a spirit stick on hand, so we’re coming home with a new Gatorade cooler for games, stuffed to the brim with cups and Gatorade mix! Our spirit stick will be sent to school at a later date!

Most Improved Team- these girls have made leaps and bounds this week!
Stunt Safety- they received a certificate for safe stunting.

NFHS Credentialing- All of our team members took classes to become NFHS credentialed.
All American- two of our teammates were nominated for All American Cheer: Emma Sutherland, and Kenlee Turner

Pin it Forward- Emma Sutherland received the Pin it forward award for her excellent leadership skills, and showing the characteristics of what Cheerleading was founded on. She then got to pass on a pin to one other person she had seen throughout camp showcasing excellence.
Katelynn Mynear also received a Pin it Forward award from another cheerleader who witnessed her showcasing excellence, being a leader, and building others up.

Overall, we had an amazing time, and the girls made so many new friends, learned new skills, and are bringing home some hardware.

We’re off to a great start at camp! Last night we brought home a spirit stick, tonight we brought home an “Excellent” and “Superior” ribbon, as well as another Spirit Stick! These girls are working so hard, facing their fears, and learning new material to bring home!

Congratulations to Rosie Pardue on earning All-State Cheer. Thank you for your dedication and leadership to Greyhound Cheer for the last several years.

All Star Cheer awards should be released soon as well, and those nominated include Rose Keen, Lily Sims, and Addison Smith!

We didn’t make the final 4, but I am still so incredibly proud of this team of amazing young ladies who went above and beyond to give their all!

Competition season has come to an end, and a huge congratulations to all the other teams who advanced on. Our full and undivided attenion now turns to Basketball seaon. ❤️

A huge thank you to Salem School District for providing the girls a hotel, and Breakfast this morning. Also, Keen Surveying for supplying the girls with dinner last night, and to all the parents, friends, families, and other supporters for an amazing season!
