There’s a place for everyone on the mats.

For our kids, Jiu Jitsu is about learning how to move, solve problems, stay composed under pressure, and build confidence through something that challenges them. They learn technique, takedowns, control, and submissions—but also how to be a good training partner, listen to their coaches, and keep working when something isn’t easy.

For our adults, it’s the same process at a different level. Learn. Drill. Roll. Get better. Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time, looking for a new way to stay active, or you want to compete at a high level, you’ll have people around you pushing you forward.

One team. Kids and adults. Beginners and competitors. Everyone working to be a little better than they were yesterday.

Our Youth Muay Thai program is about a lot more than learning how to punch and kick. Kids learn how to listen, follow instruction, work with a partner, challenge themselves, and build confidence every time they step on the mats.

Coach Ashley keeps them moving, learning, and having fun while building real Muay Thai fundamentals—and we love seeing how much this group continues to grow.

Whether your child has never tried martial arts before or is looking for something new to challenge them, we’ve got a spot for them.

🇺🇸 LABOR DAY SCHEDULE 🇺🇸

All regularly scheduled classes will be cancelled this Monday for Labor Day, but we’ll still have a couple opportunities to get on the mats!

👶 Toddler Jiu-Jitsu: 9:00 AM
🥋 Open Mat: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

A quick update to our Open Mat policy moving forward:

Open Mat will remain FREE for visitors who actively train at another martial arts/BJJ academy. We love having experienced visitors from other gyms come in, get rounds, and share the mats with us.

For anyone who is not currently training at an academy or has little/no grappling experience, our normal drop-in fee will apply.

Open Mat is still a training session, and safety comes first. Newer or unaffiliated visitors often require additional instruction and supervision from our coaches and members, so those visits will now be treated the same as attending one of our regular classes.

We also expect everyone on our mats to follow our gym rules and train safely and respectfully. Unsafe behavior—including uncontrolled slamming or intentionally putting training partners at unnecessary risk—will not be tolerated regardless of experience.

We want Open Mat to continue being a fun, safe place where people from throughout the area can come together and train. 🤝

Regular classes resume Tuesday.

UFC BJJ OPEN — LAS VEGAS RECAP 🌴🥋

The first-ever UFC BJJ Open is in the books, and Team Enigma got the opportunity to step onto the mats in Las Vegas and test ourselves against some great competition.

🥉 Coach Jason brought home bronze in the Expert No-Gi Featherweight division, earning a spot on the podium in a tough bracket.

For the rest of the team, the weekend didn’t end with medals — but that doesn’t tell the whole story.

Everyone went out, competed hard, represented Team Enigma well, and gave us performances we’re proud of. Wins and losses are part of competing. Every time we step onto a big stage like this, we find out what’s working, what needs improvement, and what we need to bring back into the room.

We’re proud of every athlete who had the courage to step out there and compete.

The goal has never been to only show up when we know we can win. We want our athletes chasing tough competition, putting themselves in uncomfortable situations, and continuing to raise the level of our room.

Back to work. ⚔️

Our Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu class is growing! 🖤🥋

What started as a way to give women in our community a comfortable place to try Jiu-Jitsu has turned into an awesome group of women learning, training, laughing, and getting better together.

And the best part? This class is completely FREE.

No membership required. No experience required.

If you’ve been on the fence about trying it, come join us this Monday. You won’t be the only beginner, and you won’t be expected to know what you’re doing.

For our moms, we also intentionally hold Women’s Jiu-Jitsu at the exact same time as our Kids Jiu-Jitsu class — your kids can be on the mats learning while you get to train too. ❤️
