•Dead Cleans - 4x5
•Waiters Floor Press - 4x8
•Dead Stop Rows - 4x10

Building muscle at home is totally possible. But you can’t keep throwing around light weights to do it.

You need weight that challenges you, progression, and actual exercises that can be overloaded week after week.

I love kettlebell workouts because they’re effective, efficient, make me feel good, and honestly really fun to train with. But some of the stuff I’m seeing on here is getting ridiculous.

People are just throwing together movements that are completely worthless and calling them good because they look flashy and cool. If you want real results only twirling weights around won’t give you them.

So if you want actual training that can give you long term strength, power, conditioning, and build muscle, stick with the core movements as your foundation.

If you can get through this lower body kettlebell complex then you either have no pain threshold or are insane.

- 4 Rounds -
•Swing Clean x6
•Swing Clean to Squat x6
•Goblet Squat x6
•Goblet Alt Lunge x6 (each side)

Guys if you hit this one try it with at least a 28kg.

Ladies if you hit it try it with at least 16kg.

If anyone does it with a 44kg or heavier, you have my utmost respect, because that is TOUGH. I used 44kg. 😤

Let me know what weight you try it with in the comments and if you make it through all 4 rounds with the same weight.

Honestly the best workout for anyone short on time.

This single kettlebell complex hits it all and is probably the most efficient way to hit full body out there.

- 5 Rounds x 6 Reps -
•Row, Clean, Thruster

That’s it.

Super simple, easy to follow, easy to progress, and hits full body strength, power, and conditioning.

You don’t have to overcomplicate things to get good results, but you do have to put in the work. This one does that in less time than almost any workout you’ve ever done and is a solid workout for anyone.

•Alt FR Lunges x6

•Deficit Pushups x6

Another kettlebell complex to have you contemplating your life and breathing heavy, but it’s good for you!

Double kettlebell work is a true test of strength and power. It requires more control and coordination and allows you to hit full body way harder than with one kettlebell.

So if you’ve got a pair of kettlebells then give this one a try.

Don’t have a matching set? Then try it with offset weight. Just be sure to switch sides each set and for 6 rounds.

I used double 24kg’s for this one.

Alt Suitcase Lunges - 4x12
Gorilla Rows - 4x16
Close Grip Incline Press - 4x10

I’ve been at this kettlebell thing for almost 7 years now. And to be honest, it’s been the most fun I’ve ever had with fitness.

Built some solid muscle, got strong at some wild lifts, improved my mobility, and increased my conditioning more than I would have ever imagined.

You can still train heavy and make solid progress with just kettlebells, and no you don’t need as many as you think to do it.

Just a couple of weights and you can get in a ton of work. You don’t need pairs, you just need to push yourself.

Yes at some point you’ll need to get a heavier weight, but then you’ve just added to your life long collection and portable gym.

So don’t sleep on the bells. They’re more effective than you think.
