Walks have always been something I have cherished with my pup. Especially, this week as I have been working the past few days—he needs the exercise just as much as I do after sitting all day through orientation! I was NOT made to sit all day.

It feels so good to get outside, clear my mind and move my body!

There’s something about a fresh haircut that just makes you feel better ✨

Believe it or not, 2 inches was trimmed off my hair today and it still feels long!

I don’t remember the last time I had gotten a haircut but my hair has grown a ton since then so I wasn’t surprised that I had that much that needed to come off.

How often do you get your haircut? Do you do the same thing every time or are you adventurous?

((Side note: ALL of us who have said “I don’t have an extra 20 minutes/day” have probably spent 20 minutes collectively scrolling socials. ))

No judgment here- Sometimes all we need is a little mindset-shift and tough love! We ALL make time or find the $$ for what we truly want. It’s human nature! No matter what route you take, you can’t afford NOT to prioritize your health and fitness habits.

EVERYTHING functions better after exercise and good nutrition- your brain, hormones, energy levels, moods, ability to tackle life itself... errrythang.
While there are options screaming at you everywhere on the internet and TV, I’m over here saying it doesn’t have to be overwhelming and complicated- it’s fun, affordable, and FAST. (Oh and it works. Did I need to mention that part?)

New month, new goals, new mindset, new intentions! ✨ Let’s do this y’all!

I jumped right out of bed this morning. Why? Because we have kitchen cabinets hanging on the wall! If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you know we are renovating. We have had the cabinets since May and have been renovating since we moved in! So this is MAJOR progress!! Thank you to everyone who has helped us along the way but for now—let’s celebrate starting February with a completed kitchen in sight! 🤩 woohoo 🙌🏼
