Zumba is Latin inspired dance fitness that combines fast and slow rhythms in a party atmosphere. The hour goes by in a flash! Zumba works the whole body and mind leaving you feeling less stressed and lots of calories burned. My Zumba classes are done in a skating rink, but we do not perform Zumba on skates. You DO NOT have to be coordinated to do Zumba! Each time you come to class it gets easier a

nd you will become better coordinated and get a better workout (without feeling like it's a workout)! On your first visit, please introduce yourself to me. My classes have very friendly, happy people in them and we want to get to know you!
