Golden! Claire Pease takes the gold and Charleigh Bullock takes the All-Around silver medal at the Pan American Championships! This comes after they both took home gold in the team competition!

Happening this Friday! Open to middle and high school cheerleaders ❤️

We had so much fun at the first one we are doing it again May 29th! Also planning on a weekly class during the summer.

Important info! The following classes will be dropped in summer

Monday Beginner Tumbling
Monday Kinder Gym
Wednesday Intermediate tumbling
Thursday Girls Gymnastics level 1

All levels tumbling will be Wednesdays 3:15-4:00
Kinder gym will be Wednesday 4:00-4:45
Level 1 gymnastics is Tuesday 3:30-4:30

I tell my gymnasts all the time that gymnastics is mostly falling over and over until you finally get it right. Great job Vanessa! Hard work, dedication and bravery always pay off.

Happening this Friday! I am super excited for this clinic and hope to have one every month. It will largely depend on the participation in this first clinic if I will continue doing them. Let me know if you can make it!
