**Hello everyone!!! Show update**

We will be moving our 3D event from 8/9 to SATURDAY 8/29.

We honestly just missed that we had chosen a show date that TBEA was already hosting a show on; the last thing we want to do is make riders choose which schooling show to support lol! We love what TBEA provides and definitely don’t want to interfere.

So. Our new date is AUGUST 29. We have changed our entry form and if you’ve already signed up, you don’t have to do anything! You’re all set.

Well, it's official! We will be hosting a fun, laid back 3D Jumping Summer Fun show on August 8th :). It will be at our home location - 31868 Pittsburg Rd, St. Helens, OR. 97051 - with a dirt outdoor ring and grass warmup. Want to come but not sure of driving? If you're comfortable self penning, you are welcome to dry camp in a field :) Please message if you have questions, we can't wait to see you

Deep thoughts….

I really wanted to focus this year on recognized eventing. I love all the phases of it; the dressage, the show jump and definitely the xc.
We set 3D down for the year so that we could have a heavy show schedule.
We worked hard all winter. Schooled, lessoned, cliniced, worked. We’ve been successful at one days.

But doing those, and looking at USEA, I remember why we started 3D in the first place…..

Cost friendly show fees. Welcoming to all levels of horses and riders. Courses to help learn, and grow, and build confidence. Day ride and haul with your barn besties and show crew. Versus….

Big show fees. Gone from home. Time off work. On and on. Everyone sees the discussions of low entry numbers and honestly? I get it.

I still love eventing and consider myself an eventer vs show jumper. I still plan to show recognized - just not every month, which allows for other things to happen.

At the end of the discussion, we have realized that we miss producing 3D. We’ve chatted about it and think we would like to hold a fall event. Low key; welcoming courses; manageable entry fees; CASH MONEY PAYOUTS. We even plan to add ribbons 😂

Thoughts? We’d love to see all you riders. We miss the fun atmosphere, that’s always supportive, welcoming but still has that competitive element.

Stand by for a date. We will try hard not to interfere with any of the big things 😂
