✨ GOOD LUCK AT WESTERNS, GIRLS! ✨

Today we’re sending off two incredible athletes to Westerns, representing Bare Foot Gymnastics and all of Region 1 💛

Alexa Johnson started gymnastics at 6½ and has grown into such an amazing athlete. From becoming a Level 6 Uneven Bars Regional Champion to earning State Beam Champion and Regional Floor Champion as a Level 8, she’s put in the work every step of the way. She loves beam for the challenge—and the feeling of finally hitting the skills she’s worked so hard on. Qualifying to Westerns is a huge accomplishment, and we’re so proud of her.

Zoe has had that fire since day one 🔥 She was in her backyard at 7 years old teaching herself a back handspring and back tuck—and she hasn’t slowed down since. From her first rec class to moving quickly through the levels, her work ethic has always stood out. Bars is her favorite (and yes, we’ve definitely had to tell her to take a break 😄). This season she hit a huge milestone—scoring 9+ on all four events at Regionals and qualifying to Westerns.

These two are everything Bare Foot is about—hard work, grit, and heart.

We are SO proud of you, Alexa and Zoe. Go shine out there 🌟

Something new is growing at Bare Foot… 🌱

We are so excited to officially share that Bare Foot Elementary School will be opening Fall 2026.
Ashley and Caleb have been working hard behind the scenes to create something truly special for our families, and this video is your first look.

This school will carry the same mission we’ve always believed in —
building confidence, strength, character, and a love of learning.

More details will be announced this week.

We are so grateful for this community and can’t wait for this next chapter.

We’re at the Zion Invitational this weekend and our first group of Bronze did AMAZING! ✨🤸‍♀️

Before the meet, we asked each gymnast what her goal was — and we loved how confidently and clearly they answered. These girls knew exactly what they were walking in to accomplish… and then they went out and did it. 💪

So proud of their focus, their courage, and the way they competed. Bare Foot girls show up ready. 💙

This has been on our hearts for a long time… and we are finally ready to share it with you.

Bare Foot Montessori Elementary is officially launching for Fall 2026–2027.

The Blake Campus will offer a multi-age Montessori Elementary program (Ages 6–9) right here in St. George — designed for families seeking deeper academics, independence, and purposeful learning beyond the traditional model.

What makes this different?

• Multi-age Montessori classrooms
• Hands-on, meaningful work
• Strong academics rooted in mastery
• Critical thinking, character, and confidence

This is more than just an elementary school.
It’s an extension of everything we believe education should be.

The campus is located on a beautiful historic property here in St. George, and we cannot wait to share more details with you.

We are currently building our waitlist but enrollment officially opens tomorrow and spots will be limited.

FIRST PLACE TEAM 🏆✨

Our Level 8 Optionals showed up and OWNED the floor at the Long Beach Classic this weekend!

First place team.
Big routines.
Bigger confidence.
Even bigger hearts.

We are so proud of the way these athletes competed — not just for the scores, but for their focus, resilience, and support for each other.

Bare Foot girls don’t just compete…
They build strength.
They build character.
They build self-esteem.

And this weekend, they built a championship.

Bare Foot staff party done right 🌮🔫

Nothing like stepping out of the gym, laughing way too hard, and having some friendly competition to remind us how amazing this team is. Today was all about laser tag battles, tacos, and quality time with the people who make Bare Foot what it is every single day.

So grateful for this crew and the energy, heart, and joy you bring to our kids and families. We truly have the best staff around.

From Parent-Tot at age 3 to throwing BIG skills like a total powerhouse… Kenzie has grown up in our gym.

This week she walked in with one goal:
“I’m getting my ariel on high beam.”

No fear. No hesitation. Just years of hard work, confidence, and heart.
And she did EXACTLY that.

And the coolest part?
Kenzie is now one of our newest Rec Coaches, pouring that same passion and confidence into the next generation of little gymnasts. 🥹💙

We love watching our athletes chase down their dreams and crush goals like this.

Parents’ Night Out — This Friday, July 11! 🎤✨

Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Ages: 5 and up

Drop the kids off for a fun-filled evening so you can enjoy a night out! We’ll have all our favorite activities PLUS live karaoke running all night long — get ready for some show-stopping performances!

Please bring a snack (no soda, please!).

⚠️ Important:
For safety, our doors will be locked from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you need to pick up your child during this time, please call the gym and let us know you’re on your way.

We can’t wait to sing, play, and have a blast with your kids!
