I think this is the part of yoga I love the most. 🤍
After all these years of practicing, teaching, owning a studio and sharing this practice with so many humans, I somehow feel like I know less and feel more.
Yoga has never made me perfect.
It hasn’t made life easier.
It hasn’t stopped me from getting it wrong, losing my patience, holding on too tightly, or having days when I feel completely disconnected from myself.
But it keeps bringing me back.
Back to my breath.
Back to what matters.
Back to love.
Back to the little quiet place underneath all the noise that somehow still knows the way.
And I think that’s what I want Buddhaful Souls to always be.
Not a place where you have to be “good at yoga.”
A place where you can be human.
Where we move and sweat and breathe and sit in stillness together. Where we learn from one another. Where nobody has arrived and nobody needs to.
Just a bunch of souls doing our best to live this life with a little more awareness, a little more compassion, and a whole lot of heart.
We’re all just walking each other home.
And I’m really grateful this is one of the places we get to do that.
This is Buddhaful Souls 🌱
