Warmups should prepare you to play — but they can also be FUN! 🔥
Use 2 balls. Mix multiple skill sets. Challenge athletes to react, communicate, and solve problems.
And yes… try catching a frisbee with NO HANDS! 😂🥏
Get creative. Change the parameters. Make them think while they move!
