Today our Iron Army family is mourning alongside our friends at the Harlem-Roscoe Fire Department.

Many of the firefighters and paramedics from Harlem-Roscoe train with us every week. They aren't just members of our gym — they are part of our family. They show up day after day to serve others, often on the hardest days of people's lives.

This morning we learned of the heartbreaking loss of Firefighter/Paramedic John Morgan while serving our community.

There are no words that can ease the pain being felt by his family, friends, brothers and sisters in the fire service, and everyone whose life he touched. We simply want them to know that they are not carrying this loss alone.

Please join us in keeping John's loved ones and the entire Harlem-Roscoe Fire Department in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

We are grateful for the sacrifices made by our first responders every day and are reminded that behind every uniform is a person, a family, and a life dedicated to serving others.

Rest easy, John. Your service, sacrifice, and legacy will never be forgotten.

This morning was special.

Over 80 people showed up at Iron Army to challenge themselves, push their limits, and honor the men and women who gave everything for this country.

That’s what Memorial Day is really about.

Not sales.
Not cookouts.
Not a long weekend.

It’s about remembering the fallen and recognizing that the freedoms we enjoy every single day were paid for by people who never made it home.

And today, this community showed exactly what Iron Army stands for:
Hard work.
Gratitude.
Unity.
Purpose.

Some finished fast.
Some struggled.
Some modified.
Some wore weighted vests.
But every single person showed heart.

That’s what matters.

Proud of every person who walked through those doors this morning and embraced the challenge with the right mindset.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported each other, and helped us honor the fallen the right way.

We remember them by how we live.
By how we lead.
And by refusing to take this life for granted.

FOR THE FALLEN.
FOR EACH OTHER.
FOR A PURPOSE BIGGER THAN OURSELVES.

🇺🇸 MEMORIAL DAY MURPH 🇺🇸

This isn’t just another workout.

This is about honoring the men and women who gave everything for this country and remembering the sacrifices that allow us to live the lives we do today.

Every year, gyms all across America come together to take on “Murph” one of the most well known hero workouts in the fitness community, named after Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL killed in combat in Afghanistan in 2005.

This workout is tough. It’s supposed to be.

But for one hour… we willingly choose discomfort to honor those who endured far more than most of us could ever imagine.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or this is your very first workout: YOU ARE WELCOME HERE.

You can scale it. Modify it. Break it into sets. Walk portions of the runs. Do what you can.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is participation, perspective, and community.

Bring your friends. Bring your family. Bring your kids.
Come sweat with us for a purpose bigger than ourselves.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there…

Especially the Iron Army moms who somehow:

survive on caffeine and sarcasm ☕️
keep tiny humans alive
answer “mom” 47,000 times per day
break up WWE matches in the living room
wipe asses
pack lunches
pay bills
work jobs
AND still show up to train while running on 3 hours of sleep and pure hatred for everyone around them 🤣

Honestly… moms are built different.

Dads will watch the kids for 45 minutes and act like they survived Fallujah. Meanwhile moms are over here handling chaos that would mentally break most grown men.

And despite all of it… You still show up. You still put effort into yourself. You still fight to become stronger physically and mentally for your family.

That’s badass.

So today we salute the women holding the damn line at home while still finding time to better themselves.

Moms… You’re the real savages.

Fat loss doesn’t happen because of:
❌ Detox teas
❌ Waist trainers
❌ Starving yourself
❌ Sweating more

Fat loss happens because:
✅ You move more
✅ You eat with intention
✅ You hit protein
✅ You stay consistent long enough

The boring stuff works.

Here’s a simple rule:
If you can’t see yourself doing it for a year…
…it’s probably not the answer.

Start simple:

* Walk daily
* Eat protein every meal
* Drink more water
* Strength train consistently

Repeat.

Most youth injuries happen because of poor mechanics and "ego lifting." This summer, give your 12-16 year old the professional coaching usually reserved for collegiate athletes.

​At Iron Army Performance Center, we don’t just run drills. We follow a science-backed, 4-Phase Progressive System designed by a degreed Exercise Scientist, Coach Ron, to build the ultimate athletic base.

​The "Elite Foundations" 8-Week Summer Camp

​We take 10 individuals and turn them into an elite unit through four distinct phases:

• ​Phase 1: The Architect – Mastering the mechanics of the Squat, Hinge, and Brace.
• ​Phase 2: The Builder – Transitioning into strength endurance and loaded patterns.
• ​Phase 3: The Engine – Developing explosive power, agility, and "game-speed."
• ​Phase 4: The Elite – High-intensity integration. The "Final Mission" Gauntlet.

• ​WHO: Athletes Ages 12–16 (All fitness levels welcome)
• ​WHERE: Iron Army Performance Center.
• ​WHEN: 8 Weeks | 3 Days/Week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday 11am) | Starts June 8th
