🎳 ’Twas the Night Before League Season
’Twas the night before league, and all through the lanes,
Not a bowler was stirring, no cheers, no complaints.
The pins were all waiting, lined up with great care,
Knowing soon all our bowlers would finally be there.
The bowling balls rested, all shiny and bright,
While bowlers dreamed strikes all through the night.
The shoes were all ready, the lanes freshly shined,
And thoughts of a 300 danced through every mind.
Soon friends would be laughing and teammates would cheer,
Because bowling season was finally here!
There’d be strikes, there’d be spares, and splits we’d all dread,
And at least one bad shot we’d blame on the lane instead!
The jackpots are waiting, the competition is too,
And maybe this season that trophy’s for YOU.
So grab your bowling ball and gather your crew—
A brand-new league season is waiting for you!
