COPPER CITY CHIEFS INTRODUCE FRIDAY FAMILY 4 PACK

ROME, N.Y. — The Copper City Chiefs are making Friday nights at the JFK Arena even more affordable with the new Friday Family 4 Pack.

Available for Friday home games during the 2026–27 season, the package includes:

• Four game tickets
• Four popcorns
• One 10% off merchandise coupon

Valued at more than $60, the entire package is available for only $40—with ticket fees included.

“We want Chiefs hockey to be an affordable night out for families throughout Rome and the Mohawk Valley,” said Chiefs Owner and President Jimmy Milliken. “The Friday Family 4 Pack gives families four tickets, four popcorns and a merchandise discount for one low price. The Friday Family 4 Pack will be available exclusively for Friday home games at the John F. Kennedy Civic Arena.

ROME, NY 9/2/26 – The Copper City Chiefs are proud to announce a new partnership with Wendy’s®, bringing an exciting new promotion to Chiefs fans throughout the 2026-27 season the Wendy’s 4 Goal Free For All!

Whenever the Chiefs score four goals in a home game, everyone in attendance wins a FREE 4-piece Wendy’s Chicken Nuggets redeemable at participating Wendy’s locations in Rome, New Hartford, Utica and Yorkville, NY.

The partnership will give fans another reason to get loud and cheer on the Chiefs offense every night at JFK Arena.

Copper City Chiefs Welcome Worthington Steel as New Corporate Partner

The Copper City Chiefs are proud to announce Worthington Steel as the newest corporate partner of the organization for the Chiefs’ inaugural 2026–27 season at JFK Arena.

Worthington Steel joins a growing group of local and regional businesses supporting the return of semi-professional hockey to Rome and the Mohawk Valley. The partnership will give Worthington Steel a presence with the Chiefs throughout the upcoming season while connecting its brand with Chiefs fans and the local community.

CHIEFS TO HOST RETRO NIGHT HONORING FORMER PLAYERS

The Copper City Chiefs will celebrate the history of Chiefs hockey when they host Retro Night on Saturday, January 16, 2027, against the Altoona Inferno at JFK Arena.

All former Chiefs players will receive complimentary admission as the organization recognizes those who helped build the proud tradition of Chiefs hockey in Rome.

“Chiefs hockey has a proud history in Rome, and this night is about honoring the players who helped create that tradition,” said Chiefs Owner and President Jimmy Milliken. “We want every former Chiefs player to know that they are part of this organization’s history. We look forward to welcoming them back, celebrating their contributions and bringing generations of Chiefs hockey together under one roof.”

The Chiefs will take the ice wearing specialty retro jerseys inspired by the team’s history. The game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off following the game, giving fans an opportunity to own a special piece of Chiefs history.

Former Chiefs players will also be in attendance throughout the evening as generations of Chiefs hockey come together for a memorable celebration.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the puck dropping at 7:30 p.m.

COPPER CITY CHIEFS ANNOUNCE SESTITO BROTHER NIGHT

ROME, N.Y. — The Copper City Chiefs are proud to announce Sestito Brother Night, taking place Friday, December 11, 2026, when the Chiefs host the Oswego Admirals at John F. Kennedy Civic Arena.

Game time is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.

Former NHL players and Rome natives Tom and Tim Sestito will be in attendance as the Chiefs celebrate two local hockey standouts who represented their hometown throughout their professional careers.

“Tom and Tim are two of the biggest hockey names to come out of Rome, and we’re excited to honor them in front of their hometown fans,” said Chiefs Owner and President Jimmy Milliken. “This will be a special night that celebrates their careers, their connection to Rome and everything they continue to do for local hockey.”

Chiefs players will wear specialty Sestito Brother Night warmup jerseys before the game. The jerseys will be auctioned off following the game, with a portion of the proceeds donated to Rome Youth Hockey courtesy of the Sestito brothers.

Fans will also have the opportunity to welcome the Sestito brothers back to the JFK Arena and celebrate their accomplishments during a special night dedicated to Rome’s proud hockey tradition.
