My objective is not to create a league, but rather to develop these young athletes and build teams that dominate their competition. While any coach can win championships with a talented team, it requires a truly exceptional coach to take a team with limited natural ability and turn them into champions.

Just want to explain a few things as I know a lot of parents and people see a new travel flag football team forming and they think oh they’re gonna have extremely high fees or they will only take the best of the best. Here at Mohawk Valley Venom that’s not the case yes we do have to charge a fee as uniforms and tournament fees are expensive but we keep it as low as possible, also we want the kids who have little experience and the ones who have multiple years experience. We believe in building a power house team with kids who always get chosen last. True coaching is taking the less experience kids and building a championship caliber team even if it takes years.
