Wondering about the differences between each tour? 🚣♀️
We offer 1-hr. Classic Kayak tours, 30 min. Classic Boat tours, and 1.5-hour Crystal Kayak and SUP Glow tours.
On the Classic Kayak tour, you can choose a clear bottom kayak or a solid tandem kayak. Your guide will lead you through the mine, stopping to point out unique features and share the history of the area. While it is dark, accent lights throughout the mine, headlamps, and lighted guide equipment make it easy to enjoy the natural beauty of the underground.
On the Crystal Kayak and SUP Glow tours, there's a short walk through the mine before you reach the dock. From there, you'll choose either a completely clear single or tandem kayak or a clear paddleboard. Both are equipped with colorful underwater LEDs that create a mesmerizing glow on the water. LEDs + crystal clear water make for an amazing underwater view! There's also an option to add a digital photo album to your booking.
Classic Boat Tours are a great option for large groups, families with younger children, and anyone who wants to take things a bit easier. There are lit viewing panels in the middle of the boat that allow you to see straight down into the water and watch the fish swim below.
