Happy Sunday Fit Fam!
We have a great week ahead!
On Wednesday, we’ll be completing our quarterly fitness assessment. This is a simple 2 minute exercise that we repeat every 3 months to track progress and measure improvements over time.
If this is your first assessment, think of it as establishing your starting point. If you’ve done it before, this is your opportunity to see how your hard work and consistency have paid off.
Remember, the goal isn’t to compare yourself to anyone else. It’s to measure your own progress and celebrate how far you’ve come.
