💙Welcome, Abby!💙

Abby is from Conway, Arkansas. In addition to teaching Pilates, Abby is an attorney. She discovered Pilates while looking for an outlet to manage the stress and physical discomfort that came with her long working hours, all while getting a great workout. She quickly fell in love with Pilates and knew she wanted to become an instructor so she could help others experience the many benefits it has to offer. When she’s not working or teaching Pilates, Abby loves reading, listening to music, trying new local cafes and restaurants, and spending time with her kitty, Lucy!

Everyone give a warm welcome to Abby! Next time you see her in the studio, be sure to say hello.💕
