What a wonderful weekend.
I can’t say enough about my TPDarts team that traveled to New Jersey from as far as 5.5 hours away to show up to support. Thank you. You are truly the best. As for the players on the team that couldn’t make it, you were missed and hopefully next time we can get everyone together.
As for the tournament. We had 34 shooters for a Friday night blind draw which was awesome. It didn’t stop there. Saturday morning 10 am start we had 8 women’s doubles teams and 20 men’s doubles teams.
With only 5 boards and refusing to shorten the format we knew it was going to be tight because singles was scheduled for 3pm start.
Everyone did their part and the singles fields of 11 women and 32 men were both started by 3:30. Awesome.
The last dart of the day was thrown some time around 9pm.
I want to thank John Daddio and his Applejacks folks for the hospitality. The TPDart team for representing - I owe you all. All the players for bringing the fun and energy.
