Rochester Diving Club The Rochester Diving Club offers both beginning and advanced springboard diving The coaching staff is dedicated, experienced, and AAU/USA Diving certified.

Rochester Diving Club is a nonprofit club offering both beginning and advanced training in diving. Programs will vary each season. Must have basic swimming skills and comfortable in the deep water.
