Upstate New York Diving offers a year-round instructional diving program for all levels of springboard divers from Learn to Dive (Sparks) to Elite level training. Competitive opportunities are available to all divers from beginners to national level. We have everything you need to excel in the sport of springboard diving! Learn to Dive Lessons are just $25 per month

r the future. We are searching for divers ages 6-12 years old for our learn to dive program. Diving offers a safe, fun sport for boys and girls that show talent in gymnastics, tumbling or trampoline. Diving is a low impact, long term sport that can be enjoyed far past the teen years with scholarship potential at the Collegiate level. What an adventure for these 3! This past weekend was USA JR Nationals in Morgantown, West Virginia. Coach Greg, Rishaan, and Jace all worked hard and came out with a successful weekend. We are very proud of them.

NEW DIVE ALERT!!!
Surekha Lalit Shah got his 205c on 3 meter at the Buffalo clinic a few days okay! Of course he puts it in vertical as well!! Great work Rishaan.
