Here are some progress photos from our newest location in Rochester. Signage is going up, rubber flooring install has begun, and trenches have been dug for plumbing the locker rooms. Still quite a way to go, but things are moving quickly! We can’t wait for you to enjoy this new location this summer!

We are excited to announce we are in the process of opening our 7th location in Rochester, we hope to be open this summer and will continue to post updates following our progress towards opening!

Locations five and six: Portsmouth and North Hampton ✅ Equipment delivery is complete! Portsmouth received a hamstring curl, leg extension, and treadmills and North Hampton also got treadmills! Hope you all enjoy the upgraded pieces

Fourth Location: York ✅ Equipment in York has been dropped off, new jungle gym and pre set straight bars!

Locations 2 and 3: Kingston and Dover ✅ Kingston’s ISO row has been delivered along with a set of bumper plates. Dover’s ab crunch has also arrived along with a set of bumper plates. Halfway done with deliveries rest to come tomorrow!

Location One: Newburyport ✅ Equipment delivery has begun and Newburyport now has new squat racks, bumper plates, and an assisted chin dip! Stay tuned as we continue to deliver equipment to all locations over the next two days!

New equipment is arriving to all Vanguard Key Club locations mid-November, and with the upgrades comes an opportunity — we’re selling 14 of our treadmills for residential use!
They’ll be ready for pickup once the new pieces are installed.
