Our gals went 2-0 last night at Cage Wars in Albany, NY! We are so proud of their hard work and the incredible improvements they made over this camp. Nicole is always the hardest worker in the room and finally got her hand raised in her 3rd MMA fight. Lindsay came out looking like a pro in her ammy debut and finished the fight in the 3rd round with a TKO by grounded body shots. Thank you to Cage Wars for having us. And huge shout out to Ross , Jamie, Nick and Sarahlee for taking the reins on the weight cuts and fight prep while mom and dad were with Ozzy in Vegas fighting for his UFC contract. Can’t wait to see the girls in the cage again.
