Instead of more TV, tablets, and video games, give them a week of movement, discipline, teamwork, and encouragement.

This camp is designed for parents who want their kids doing something meaningful, healthy, and memorable this summer.

What they will learn:

• Basic jiu-jitsu skills and movement
• Confidence and focus
• Discipline, respect, and teamwork
• Healthy activity in a safe, coached environment
