Congratulations, Ms. Tricia!

We are proud to celebrate Tricia's completion of the mUvmethod Stretch & Conditioning Certification!

This specialized course empowers dance educators with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver safe, effective weekly warm-ups and stretching sequences for dancers. Rooted in yoga and Pilates principles and backed by science, mUvmethod focuses on making stretching safe, easy, and effective for dancers ages 5 and up.

Through this certification, Tricia has expanded her expertise in dancer flexibility, strength, and injury prevention, helping our students move with greater confidence and care.

Please join me in congratulating Tricia on this wonderful achievement and continued commitment to providing the very best dance education for our students!
