What an incredible Friday at CrossFit Rio Rancho! The energy in the box was electric as we kicked off the first workout of the Open.
We are super proud of every single athlete who stepped onto the floor for 26.1. Whether it was your first Open or your tenth, the grit and determination on display today reminded us why this community is so special.

2025 CFRR Toy Drive

Lux has challenged the entire ABQ/RIO RANCHO fitness community to a Toy Drive—and we are officially in the game!

👉The children at Mariposa Children's Hospice Center urgently need our help after losing their major sponsor. It's time for CrossFit Rio Rancho to demonstrate our strength, both in and out of the box!

CHALLENGE 🏆

We are competing against other local gyms to see who can deliver the most donations for these terminally ill children and their families.

WHAT TO DO: Bring new, unwrapped toys and gift cards (all ages needed).

We are incredibly grateful for our amazing community and all of our dedicated members! 🙏

To show our thanks and start the holiday off right, everyone is welcome to join us for our annual Thanksgiving Day WOD! Bring your family, friends, and holiday spirit—this is a community event, and all fitness levels are welcome!

🗓 When: Thursday, November 27th
⏰ Time: 9:30 AM (Please arrive a few minutes early!)
📍 Where: Cross at Rio Rancho
🎁 WOD: "Thanksgiving with the Girls" (It's a good one!)
