📣 CAPE MAY DANCERS IS HOSTING A POM WORKSHOP! 📣

Come learn the high-energy world of POM with NFL Cheerleader, Jackson O’Brien!

Pom is a dynamic dance style that combines sharp, precise arm movements with jazz, dance, and cheer-inspired choreography. Dancers use pom-poms to accent movements, create visual pictures, and add energy to the performance. Pom focuses on clean lines, strong technique, musicality, precision, and performance quality—making it an exciting style for dancers of all backgrounds!

📅 Thursday, September 3rd
📍 ShopRite Shopping Center — Rio Grande, NJ

🕐 3 Drop-In Classes:
• 4:00–5:00 PM — Ages 7–9 | $20
• 5:15–6:45 PM — Ages 10–13 | $30
• 7:00–8:30 PM — Ages 14+ | $30

📣 Poms will be provided, or feel free to bring your own!

Whether you’re new to pom, building your dance foundation, or preparing for future college dance team auditions, this workshop is for YOU! ⭐️

A SPECIAL NOTE OF THANKS ⭐️…..
This group right here is more than Staff, they are FAMILY and the heart and soul of CMD. The time, energy, and love they invest often go far beyond what anyone sees on stage. Every dance class, correction, word of encouragement, and celebration of success makes a lasting impact. We are so grateful for the positive influence they have had on our dancers throughout the season!! They Deserve a GREAT BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE 👏
To our Dancers and Families, THANK YOU for making this year’s patriotic recital one for the books!! From our INCREDIBLE Star Spangled Dancers whose hard work, energy, and love for dance really showed on stage, to our AWESOME dance parents and families, giving hugs and support throughout the dance year, AND to our FANTASTIC Recital Helping Hands and Stage Crew behind the scenes providing props, hairpins, pretzels and so MUCH more- it’s an AMAZING show because of YOU! 🤩
