“Reading is to the mind, what exercise is to the body.” - Richard Steele
Throughout my life I have always been an avid reader. When I was a kid, if I wasn’t reading a book, I was writing my own (I still have some of them today). If you ask my parents what I wanted to be when I was a kid, they would tell you an author. When college rolled around, I fell into the mindset of reading being a chore instead of a gift. Sometimes, even if you are forced to do something you love to do, you might not feel like doing it anymore. Luckily in the past year, I have gotten back to consistent reading. Now, if I go a day without reading I feel stagnant.
The second picture is all of the books that I am currently reading. I like to choose different genres so that if I get bored I can switch to a different one until I am excited about it again. The third picture is some of my favorite books that I’ve read in the past. Some of them I’ve read more than once. The last picture is some of the books I plan to read on 2020 (Those and about 50 more).
Everything you want to know is in a book, you just need to find it.
