We roll at 9:30am SHARP — not “Honey time,” not “I’m grabbing a latte,” not “Wait, my chain fell off.” Sharp. Like eyeliner.We’re hitting 20‑ish miles on the Iron Horse Regional Trail, which means:• cute scenery,• questionable decisions,• at least one “WHO PUT A HILL HERE” moment,• and the spiritual awakening that only happens when you’re 11 miles in and slightly feral.Bring water.Bring snacks.Bring that delusional confidence that makes strangers say “I wish I rode with y’all.”If your bike squeaks, bring it.If your cousin wants to join, bring them.Let’s make Pleasant Hill wonder what the hell just rolled through!!! 🐝🚴🏾‍♀️ 💯

Meet us at Pleasant Hill BART at 9:00am — stretch, hydrate, gossip, whatever you need — because we’re rolling out RIGHT at 9:30am. Not “Honeys time.” Not “I’m parking.” Not “Wait, I forgot my gloves.”
Wheels up at 9:30am sharp.

We’re hitting 20‑ish miles with some inclines, so bring water, bring your best energy, and bring the version of yourself that shows up and shows out.
If the hills start hill‑ing, just remember: you’re a Honey. You were built for this.

Let’s ride, laugh, sweat, and maybe question our life choices halfway through — together. And when we’re done?
We’re eating.
Food. Plates. Bites. Nourishment. A full post‑ride feast to celebrate our questionable life choices and elite community vibes.🐝🚴🏾‍♀️ 💯

We’re rolling down to Lake Merritt to eat like we earned it, then cruising back with full stomachs and questionable life choices.
