Tough result, but useful preseason work.

James River falls 46–15 to the University of Mary Washington in our second preseason match. Plenty to take from it, plenty to clean up, and another opportunity to get better before the season begins.

James River hits the road to take on the University of Mary Washington for our second test of the preseason. After opening 2026 with a win over JMU, the boys are looking to keep building, sharpen up, and make it 2-for-2.
