We're wrapping up Fall Ball with a little Halloween fun!

Players, parents, and coaches are all encouraged to wear their favorite costumes for ALL games on October 31! 🎃

A few important reminders to keep everyone safe:

⚾💚 WE NEED BOARD MEMBERS! HELP LEAD CCLL IN 2027! 💜⚾

CCLL continues to grow - more than 500 players participated this spring, nearly 100 All-Stars represented our league this summer, and Fall Ball registration grew 20% over last year!

But that growth takes people behind the scenes to make it happen.

This year, only 20 Board Members covered 25 different areas of responsibility, with several people taking on multiple roles. We also expect 3–4 current members to depart after Fall Ball.

We need new volunteers to step up for 2027!

You do NOT need to be a coach or manager to serve on the CCLL Board. There are roles involving scheduling, equipment, uniforms, concessions, fundraising, communications, fields, events, individual divisions and much more.

Have ideas about how CCLL can improve? Want to help our league continue to grow? Come be part of making it happen.

⚾🍂 FALL BALL TEAMS FORM NEXT WEEK! 🍂⚾

Fall Ball is almost here! If you haven't registered yet, now is the time to get your player signed up for another season at CCLL. 💜💚

📅 August 20 – Team formations
📅 September 10 – Opening games

⚾ REGISTER: https://www.ccllbaseball.com/Default.aspx?tabid=1841379

❓ IS YOUR PLAYER ON A WAITLIST?

Don't worry! Being waitlisted does not necessarily mean your division is full.

We use waitlists so we don't accept payment or register more players than we can responsibly place on teams based on the number of volunteer coaches available.

As coaches sign up and we're able to form additional teams, players can be moved from the waitlist onto rosters. We are usually able to accommodate our players and don't typically have to turn anyone away.

🙋‍♂️ AND THAT'S WHERE WE NEED YOUR HELP — WE NEED COACHES!

The number of teams we can form depends on volunteers. Without enough coaches, it becomes difficult to create appropriately sized and balanced teams while providing the experience we want for every player.

Fall is a GREAT time to give coaching a try. Your decision to volunteer could directly help us get more kids off the waitlist and onto the field!

❓ REGISTRATION ISSUE?

If your player's age, available division, or anything else doesn't look right, please reach out. If you've already contacted us about an issue and it hasn't been resolved, please message us again so we can get it taken care of before teams are formed.

⚾ Registration Update ⚾

Good news!

We've updated our Fall Ball registration to the 2027 season, which has resolved the issue that was preventing some families from registering their players for the correct division.

If you previously experienced trouble finding the appropriate division for your player, please try again. Registration should now display the correct divisions based on your child's league age.

If you continue to experience any issues or have questions during registration, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're happy to help and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing everyone back on the field this fall! 💜💚⚾
