Hey, just a friendly reminder that only Class 1 & 2 e-bikes are allowed at Pocahontas. If your bike doesn’t have pedals and it has a motor it is not allowed. This guy decided he was cooler than us and rode his E-Motorcycle around the trails today for a couple hours.

Did you know, Pocahontas State Park now has a self serve kayak station? The station is available to use now and will help extend the season and fill gaps during the week when seasonal staff aren't available to assist. Enjoy and be safe!

PocaGo! is an enduro-style mountain bike race and a fundraiser for the trails at Pocahontas State Park. This year we've moved the race to the Fall (Saturday October 3rd, 2026) with both the main race and the PocaGo Kids race on the same day.

Registration is now live and volunteer sign-ups are open!

Congratulations to Michael Mewhirter on winning the 17-mile E-Bike race! 🏆 Your determination and comeback after your accident continue to inspire everyone on the Pocahontas Racing team.

Congratulations as well to Paul Hale on a strong return to racing with an impressive finish in the 36-mile race! It’s great to see you back out there doing what you love.

I had the opportunity to help with race check-in, and it was wonderful to see such a great turnout of racers and spectators under our team tent. Thank you to everyone who came out to race, volunteer, and support one another—it’s what makes our team so special.
