Looking for a fun and engaging activity that will help your preschool aged child develop their physical skills, build confidence, and make new friends? Gymnastics at CORE Kids academy is the place to be! Our expert coaches will guide your little ones through a variety of age-appropriate activities, from tumbling and balancing to jumping and climbing, all while promoting a lifelong love of physical activity. 🏋️‍♀️🎉

This beginner gymnastics and fitness class combines basic early education skills with motor development and gymnastic skills, such as log rolls, forward rolls, donkey kicks, and cartwheels.

This past weekend Coach Carly flew
out to Phoenix🌵 for USAG National Congress!

A few highlights from an incredible time in Arizona:
- 📖Learned new drills and training techniques
- 👀Watched the US Gymnastics Championships 🏅
- 🤝Connected with coaches from across the country
- got to meet Olympic Champion Carly Patterson!! 🤩
