Sled Shed Bikes and Boards has been selling bicycles, skateboards, climbing gear, and snowboards for over 20 years. Our friendly staff are eager to help and have the knowledge to help you find the product that fits your needs and wants. 50 years ago! Who was there? I wasn’t born for 10 more years! But my Grandpa was a regional foreman for Union Pacific out of Pocatello at the time and spent the following days and months helping get the railroad back into service.

In my mind the biggest takeaway from the flood are the stories of how everyone came together to help. May we all always be good neighbors and friends!

An uncomfortable truth that seems to get skipped over is that the entire ordeal was the result of government miscalculation. Some of that sentiment is captured by the last photo from I believe the parade the following 4th of July 😂
