Meet Sonny Bringas — 2nd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and one of the most dedicated coaches you’ll ever meet. Over 25 years on the mat. 8 years at RORN. His journey started in Hawaii, took him through Japan, Korea, Maryland and beyond — and every step of the way he was teaching, building community and spreading his passion for BJJ.
